SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) — The Illinois State Police filed emergency rules to address renewals of Firearm Owner Identification and Concealed Carry Licenses during the COVID-19 epidemic.
The rule changes will help with renewal requirements for those with FOID cards and/or a CCL.
